BackgroundThis 12‑month fixed‑term contract is part of the Client & Fund Reporting Team supporting pooled and segregated clients. The role involves producing client reports to specified deadlines, factsheets, and answering ad‑hoc queries from other Jupiter teams globally.
Responsibilities include timely and accurate production of pre‑sale regulatory disclosures (e.g., UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPS KIDs, SFDR, PCDs) and post‑sale reporting (e.g., DCPT, EMT, EPT, CEPT, FVPT, Solvency II, CRR, VAG, etc.). The team ensures that Jupiter fund data is shared accurately and timely with the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Produce monthly and quarterly segregated client reports in accordance with IMA and regulatory requirements.
- Produce monthly and quarterly fund reports for pooled fund investors.
- Involve in the production of Jupiter’s factsheets across all geographical regions.
- Disseminate pre‑sale regulatory disclosures.
- Disseminate fund level information to data vendors / platforms.
- Review team processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance, implement updates and document where appropriate.
- Answer ad‑hoc queries from other teams across all geographical regions.
- Build an in‑depth knowledge of Jupiter’s product range.
- Experience in a client reporting role within asset management.
- Demonstrable experience in regulatory reporting such as EMT, EET, EPT, Solvency II, with ability to interact with 3rd‑party vendors.
- Understanding of costs and charges associated with pooled funds and impact on regulatory templates.
- Ability to review large data sets and identify potential inconsistencies.
- Exposure to ESG reporting including EET, SFDR & TCFD is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with 3rd‑party vendors and platforms.
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant system experience – Morningstar, FE Fundinfo, Factset, Kurtosys, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Aladdin.
- Appreciation of industry best practice for client report content and production processes.
- Good understanding of the functions within an investment management firm.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to suggest process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and positive, proactive, can‑do attitude (important for working from home).
- This role is subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA.
