This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days of work from home and 2 days in the office. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently, and maintaining good relationships. Candidates should have at least 2 years of credit control experience and be comfortable with MS Excel. This is a permanent position with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
