Group Reporting Manager £75,000-£85,000  benefits | UK (Fully remote) | Permanent This Group Reporting Manager role offers a rare chance to take ownership of group reporting in a complex, international business, while working fully remote in the UK. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a central role in strengthening reporting, consolidation and technical accounting as the organisation continues to scale.

How you'll make an impact Own the group consolidation process across a multi-entity, international structure Deliver accurate, timely group reporting and consolidated financial statements Lead on intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations Act as the technical accounting lead on accounting standards and complex judgements Partner with external auditors to manage audits and technical positions Support statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions Contribute to covenant reporting and compliance within a PE-backed environment Strengthen group-level financial control, documentation and reporting processes Why you're a great fit Essential You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and technical accounting Background in practice or a technically focused Group Reporting Manager role in industry Proven exposure to international, multi-entity group structures Confident working with auditors and external tax advisers Comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership in a changing environment Desirable Exposure to US entities or US GAAP Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth business Understanding of debt structures and covenant reporting What you'll get in return As Group Reporting Manager, you'll join a business that values trust, flexibility and high standards.
