- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 3–6 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategy roles
- Background in SaaS, EdTech, or PE‑backed environments strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
- Experience with SQL and/or BI tools (desirable, not essential)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling, senior‑ready narratives
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue and GTM metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline)
- Intellectually curious with a structured, problem‑solving approach
- Confident challenging assumptions and influencing non‑finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Revenue forecasting & insight
- Build and maintain a unified revenue forecasting model across new business, upsell, and renewals
- Develop a rolling 12‑month revenue forecast, continually refining assumptions and accuracy
- Run monthly forecast reviews and variance analysis with the CRO and BI Lead
- Integrate core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline) into forecasting frameworks
- Build scenario and sensitivity models to test strategic, pricing, and market assumptions
- Evaluate and quantify the ROI of commercial and product initiatives
- Support strategic pricing, segmentation, and go‑to‑market planning with robust commercial modelling
- Partner with CRO and Product teams on investment prioritisation
- Work closely with BI, Systems and Finance to ensure data integrity and consistent definitions
- Deliver clear, visual analysis for senior leadership and the board
- Produce concise, data‑driven commentary explaining performance trends and forecast movements
- Support board packs, investor updates, and financial planning cycles
- Help embed a data‑led culture across Sales, Marketing, and Adoption teams through accessible insight
- Work directly with senior leaders and influence company‑wide strategic decisions
- Play a pivotal role in shaping revenue predictability and scalable growth
