We’re seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our Horsham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our advisers and shaping the financial planning process for a growing client base. You’ll be a trusted technical resource, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and high‑quality advice.

• Prepare detailed financial plans, suitability reports, and recommendations
• Conduct in‑depth research on investments, pensions, tax planning, and protection products
• Use advanced financial planning software to model complex scenarios
• Liaise with advisers to develop tailored strategies for clients
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records
• Mentor and support junior team members where required

• CII Level 4 Diploma;
  Chartered status desirable
• 5+ years experience Paraplanning
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, tax, pensions, and investments
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage complex cases and work independently
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office
• Clear and confident communication skills
