Credit Model Validation Manager; Fully Remote

Position: New Credit Model Validation Manager (Fully Remote)
Location: New York

• Lead independent validation across Monzo's credit model portfolio.
• Work with models for impairment, capital, stress testing, forecasting, and credit decisioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Challenge model assumptions and perform statistical analyses.
• Write validation reports and present findings to committees.
• Partner with first line of defence and wider risk teams.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in credit model development or validation.
• Deep knowledge of statistical techniques and model risk management.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
