Join a dynamic finance team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst, where you'll play a vital role in optimizing cash flow and supporting financial health. This remote position offers the opportunity to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end collection activities, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries, maintaining positive relationships.
- Accurately process and apply customer payments across various channels.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes, coordinating with internal teams.
- Prepare AR aging reports and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable or collections within a tech company.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like Workday, Net Suite, or SAP.
- Strong communication skills for professional customer interactions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads with precision and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience with collection automation platforms such as Tesorio or High Radius.
- Familiarity with credit risk assessment and management processes.
- Experience in a high-growth or hypergrowth company environment.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
