M&A Finance Lead; Fully Remote

Position: M&A Finance Lead (Fully Remote)

• The client acquires and retains profitable B2B SaaS businesses; this lead will oversee QofE analysis and financial due diligence.
• Responsibilities include preparing detailed QofE analyses covering normalized EBITDA, revenue quality, and customer concentration.
• The role manages financial data collection from due diligence through post-acquisition integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed QofE analyses including normalized EBITDA, revenue quality, GRR/NRR, and working capital.
• Manage financial due diligence request process and coordinate with external providers.
• Develop standardized QofE and financial data collection procedures for consistency.

Post-Acquisition Integration:

• Prepare financial integration data packs and manage at-close data checklists.
• Translate due diligence findings into operational integration tasks.
• Validate contract, revenue, and deferred revenue data for accurate transfer.

Requirements:

• CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent with 7+ years in transaction services or financial due diligence.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606, working knowledge of US sales tax.
• Availability to work with US and EU time zones during active deals.
