We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Trainer to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality learning and development across your region, ensuring our colleagues receive the training, support, and guidance they need to thrive. This is a hybrid/remote position, requiring regular travel across the Southwest with occasional travel to our Daventry and Accrington Head Offices. Frequent travel is a core part of this role.

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training and development programmes across your region.
• Provide initial and ongoing core and mandatory training to colleagues working in health and social care.
• Support colleagues to maximise their potential through continuous learning and development.
• Demonstrate full proficiency across the training cycle.
• Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of colleagues are maintained at all times during training.
• Capture and provide regular feedback to key stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with current legislation, regulatory requirements, and local policies and procedures.

• A confident communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about developing others.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally as required.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
