The Opportunity

As a Medical Affairs Global Strategic Brand Lead in Ophthalmology, specialising in Retinal Diseases, you will drive innovation and help shape therapies that address unmet medical needs, transforming patient care worldwide. Key Activities For This Role

  • Provide expert insights to strengthen product offerings and elevate patient care.

Essential Knowledge & Experience
  • Extensive experience in Global Strategic Brand Lead in Ophthalmology, specialising in Retinal Diseases.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
  • Proven success in developing patient‑centered strategies.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (MD, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of innovative health solutions and patient‑centric approaches.
Educations/Qualifications
  • A medical degree (MD or equivalent) or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology recognised by one of the leading governing bodies from around the globe, or equivalent.
Additional Information
  • This is a permanent, full‑time position.
  • Location:

    Addlestone, United Kingdom, or other EU countries.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
