Hybrid Role - 2 Days on location and 3 days working from home. This role will offer a fully remote option in 2026.

Overview
Seeking an experienced Accredited Clinical Coding Auditor to deliver NHSE-mandated DSP Toolkit audits and bespoke coding audits, ensuring coding accuracy and compliance with national standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver DSP Toolkit and bespoke coding audits

Provide clear, constructive audit feedback

Develop and maintain a robust audit programme

Identify coding issues and support quality improvement

Produce clear, professional audit reports

Mentor trainee or junior coders

Work independently and manage workload effectively

Essential Requirements

Approved Clinical Coding Auditor (NHS England registered)

Experience delivering clinical coding audit programmes

Strong analytical and judgement skills

Excellent communication and ability to explain complex findings

Advanced keyboard and time-management skills

Ability to prioritise and work independently
