🔑 YourKey Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations & Safety
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the ward
- Maintain a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for residents and staff
- Be alert and responsive to any emergency or safety incident
- Support residents in daily living activities with the goal of building independence
, not dependency - Provide routine supervision and structure to encourage healthy behaviors
- Conduct meaningful daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Motivate residents to participate and take ownership of their progress
- Contribute to care plans tailored to residents’ needs
- Observe and provide regular case updates to the care team
- Keep proper records, reports, and follow emergency protocols
- Work closely with management and colleagues to deliver flexible, responsive services
