As a Supervisor of Quality Operations – EMEA, you will oversee the Quality Operations team to ensure Herbalife products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is based at the Herbalife EMEA Distribution Centre in Venray, The Netherlands.

• Supervise and motivate the Quality Operations team to meet all quality requirements.
• Align processes related to product inspection, release, rework, non-conformity management, and product issues.
• Optimize and continuously improve Quality Operations processes and standards focusing on reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain clear guidelines, procedures, and work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders within the distribution center, Herbalife organization, and external partners.
• Conduct audits at warehouses and nutrition centers.
• Ensure business continuity of Quality Operations activities through structured responsibilities.
• Enhance interdepartmental communication and cooperation for improved quality and efficacy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferred).
• Extensive experience with quality standards for food and dietary supplements.
• Knowledge of EU food regulations.
• At least 3 years of team supervision experience.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Focus on process optimization and efficiency.
