Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to guide them on effective home-based support strategies.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other team members for holistic care.
- Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports.
- Conduct group therapy sessions, workshops, and parent training when required.
- Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in pediatric speech therapy.

Qualifications

- BASLP with minimum 3 years of experience, OR
- MASLP with 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of child development and pediatric communication disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
