Education, Health and Care Planning Coordinator – Remote

Role: EHCP Coordinator

Salary: £275 per day

Job Type: Full time, Temporary, Remote

• Supporting Primary Schools across the council (remotely)
• Phase transfer reviews and amends
• Attending meetings for EHCP and any other relevant cases
• Draft EHCPs
• Supporting Parents with the EHCP processes

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years experience within EHCP, SEND and Phase Transfers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong case management and problem-solving ability
• Resilience and empathy when working with complex cases
• Proactive team player who values safeguarding and empowerment
