You’ll be caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways. From personal care, totaking people out and about, to doing the weekly shop, or medication support.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in the Guildford or Woking area as a Care Worker. You’ll get all the training you need. You will need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home Worker, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, care assistant, carer and care home Professional.

We are currently looking to recruit evening Care Workers on a part time basis. These can be flexible to fit in with your availability. You can choose to either workon certain days of the week, or perhaps consecutive days. We should be able to accommodate your working pattern.

We offer all the things you’d expect. Like flexible working hours and paid mileage. But alsosome things you might not expect, like the fact we pay travel in between each visit
, as well as this it's at the same rate as care. You also get company paid holiday and pension entitlement. Free uniform, paid training and free DBS check.

We are a Living Wage Foundation employer.

With the payments in between visits added to our Care Worker hourly pay rate, the average hourly pay is as follows:

• Monday to Friday: £14.00 (average £17.50 for every hour spent providing care)
• Saturday / Sunday £15.00 (average £18.75
  for every hour spent providing care)
• Bank holidays: £28.00 + £30.00
