Registered Nurse – Hendra Court Nursing Home

Full Time Contract, 50-bed nursing home supporting end-of-life and dementia care.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. You'll work in a warm and welcoming environment where you're empowered to deliver outstanding care, lead by example, and inspire those around you.

• Being fully aware of each resident's medical, psychological, and social needs
• Taking ownership of care plans by assessing, implementing, and regularly evaluating residents' needs in line with company policies and best practice
• Leading and supervising a team of Health Care Assistants, ensuring they deliver care to the highest standards
• Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and professional performance
• Undertaking drug rounds safely and efficiently, ensuring medication is administered at prescribed times and supplies are adequately maintained
• Carrying out nursing procedures such as venepuncture, blood glucose monitoring, catheterisation, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
• Taking charge of the home during the absence of the Home Manager or Deputy Manager

• Active NMC Registration (PIN required)

• £25.75 per hour (Weekdays)
• £32.19 per hour (Weekends)
• £51.50 per hour (Bank Holidays)
