This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward‑thinking Podiatry team, where your contribution will directly influence patient outcomes, service efficiency, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
What You’ll Do- Assist in high‑risk wound care during ward rounds and domiciliary visits
- Support nail surgery procedures as part of a redesigned service model
- Contribute to MSK service delivery, helping meet national HEAT targets
- Prepare and manage documentation for the multidisciplinary foot clinic
- Collaborate with data analysts to support diabetes caseload management
- Supervise and mentor Band 3 HCSWs, including 1:2:1s, annual reviews, and training delivery
- Manufacture and distribute orthotics, supporting mobility and fall prevention
- Proven experience in healthcare support work, ideally in podiatry or wound care
- Confidence working independently with remote supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for service development
- Ability to travel independently across multiple sites
- Flexible working options (Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week)
