Probation 6 month
Package:- Base Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (DOE)
- Car Allowance: £8,400 p.a.
- Bonus:
Up to £10,000 p.a (achievable after successful 6-month probation, paid quarterly depending on sales results and KPI.) - Pension (auto-enrolment) & private health cover.
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays.

Our portfolio includes Mega Gen Implants, Biolase laser systems, Botiss regenerative materials, and the innovative Lumoral oral hygiene device. Our mission is to bring clinically advanced, value-driven innovations to dental professionals across the UK.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across North and West London
- Generate new business via outbound engagement, study clubs, and referrals
- Effectively manage your own diary to meet monthly sales and activity KPIs
- Accurately log all activity in the company CRM system
Customer Training & Support- Provide chairside clinical support for new users of our implant systems
- Demonstrate and explain key product features and clinical protocols
- Troubleshoot technical and clinical concerns with dentists and dental labs
Education & Events- Attend and support evening/weekend study clubs and CPD events (time off in lieu provided)
- Deliver product overviews and clinical presentations to small groups and individuals
Administration- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity data
- Collaborate with the internal support team and management to ensure service excellence
Essential Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years of dental sales experience, ideally in implants, surgical equipment, regeneration, or dental devices
- Strong clinical understanding and ability to explain scientific concepts
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Proven track record in new business development
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). CRM experience a plus
Requirements- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support client needs
