Bank Support Worker Exmouth - £12.21 ph

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Bank Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

As a bank support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

• Support individuals to gain more independence in daily living skills.
• Teach new life skills and assist with personal care where required.
• Encourage access to local communities, socialising and participation in activities.
• Engage in activities with people we support, such as outings to local bars and pubs, cinema visits, or home-based recreation.
• Support people to work toward their goals, for example cooking dinner independently or planning holidays.

• No prior experience required; a passion for improving quality of life, a willingness to learn and a genuine caring attitude are essential.
• All applicants will be considered in line with safeguarding and policy; DBS checks and references will be required for successful applicants.
