Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:00 and on Fridays from 8:30 to 16:30, including both office and home-based hybrid options. • Conduct Mental Health Act assessments, coordinating and participating to ensure the wellbeing of those you assess.
• Provide expert opinions and assessments across varying situations, including chairing significant meetings and supporting case conferences.
• Collaborate effectively with health and social care colleagues to deliver an integrated service and contribute significantly to service improvement.
• Drive forward adult social care provision, ensuring high standards within the national and local guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality guidance and support to less experienced colleagues and mentor them through professional development.
