The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, formulate goals, and design and implement client‑centered, goal‑directed treatment programs.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Recent experience managing patients in acute/rehab or community‑based rehabilitation programs (preferred).
• Reliable, flexible, creative, self‑directed professional who works effectively with rehab assistants and interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of community resources (asset).
• Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Positive work and attendance record (essential).
• Able to adapt to new computer applications.
• Hybrid work approach—remote work and in‑field client settings.
