PositionSummary
The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, formulate goals, and design and implement client‑centered, goal‑directed treatment programs.

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Recent experience managing patients in acute/rehab or community‑based rehabilitation programs (preferred).
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self‑directed professional who works effectively with rehab assistants and interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of community resources (asset).
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Positive work and attendance record (essential).
- Able to adapt to new computer applications.
- Hybrid work approach—remote work and in‑field client settings.
