Trident Healthcare Solutions UK is recruiting Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to work locum and agency shifts across UK residential and nursing care homes.

Role Overview

Deliver high-quality personal and elderly care
Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility)
Support residents' health, wellbeing, and dignity
Follow CQC, safeguarding, and infection control standards
Work as part of a professional care home team

Requirements

Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Care Assistant / HCA
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Mandatory training (Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, BLS)
Good English communication skills
