What you will do:

• Provide a statutory and accountable social care service by managing a busy and varied caseload.
• Conduct Care Act assessments and reviews, including mental capacity assessments.
• Process safeguarding enquiries as a Lead Enquiry Officer, collaborating with partner agencies.
• Adopt a strengths-based approach, working with individuals, families, and communities to meet personal outcomes.
• Engage creatively with community resources and support networks to offer holistic care solutions.
• Organise your workload independently, addressing unexpected challenges as they arise.
