At the organisation they are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. Due to service requirements, female only applicants will be considered. You will need a full UK license, and access to your own vehicle.

Your core hours are Monday to Friday, between 8.00 and 16.00; however there may be a requirement to fill your hours at a different location, covering different hours and days.

Your day-to-day will include keeping accurate records (they'll show you how!) and sometimes helping out with personal care or medication. There's also the chance to cover sleep-in shifts, and you'll earn an extra £60 per session for those.

They're looking for Enabling Support Workers who bring positivity, resilience, and ideally some experience in supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and behaviours that challenge. You will need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Applicants should note that the role is restricted to female applicants due to service requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available.
