Upperline Health is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional services to our high-risk, complex care patient population. You will conduct counseling and nutritional assessments as a member of the interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
Ideal candidates will work with older adults (65+) on topics like weight loss, CKD, diabetes, heart health, gout and kidney stones. Must have active FL licensure and thrive in a collaborative environment.
