Cognizant is seeking an Inpatient and Outpatient Facility Coder to review and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes across inpatient, outpatient, ED, and surgical records. You will collaborate with physicians and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
You will use ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, maintain a 98% accuracy rate, and stay current with guidelines and reimbursement methodologies.
