Cognizant is seeking a Medical Coding Quality Auditor to ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and quality across healthcare records. You will collaborate with coding professionals and physicians to support accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance in a remote work environment.
In this role you will review documentation to assign ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes, perform audits, communicate with physicians for clarifications, and prepare reports on findings.
