Phaxis is seeking an experienced Certified Coding Reimbursement Specialist II to join its Revenue Cycle Management team. The role focuses on reviewing documentation, assigning CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS codes, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced, physician practice setting.
You will interpret notes, follow payer rules, query physicians when clarification is needed, and collaborate with reimbursement teams to resolve coding questions. This is a 100% remote position with competitive hourly pay.
