Support families in their own language, without adding another commute to your day.
One Step Forward is hiring a Spanish and English speaking BCBA for after school ABA supervision, therapy and parent training, with the option to work from home or in person in Ocean Township, NJ. Part time, 2 to 4 afternoons per week, at $75 to $90 an hour, paid biweekly.

- Consistent caseload and admin support
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
- Supervise ABA Therapists/RBTs and provide timely feedback
- Monitor learner data, update goals and ensure clinical integrity
- Deliver parent training and collaborate with families in Spanish and English
- Provide documentation and attend virtual or in person check ins
- Active BCBA certification
- New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Reliable internet for remote work or transportation for in person services
- Afternoon availability, 2 to 4 days per week
- Strong communication and clinical decision making skills
