Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our National After-Hours Call Team. This work-from-home role provides telephonic care and clinical direction to aging residents across multiple states, delivering timely, high-quality support during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The provider will handle high call volumes, perform at least 30% telehealth visits, evaluate acute changes, falls, and controlled substance visits, and document encounters in the EMR while complying with CMS
