Umoja Food for Health provides remote, software-assisted nutrition counseling and live nutrition services to improve health outcomes. Counsel clients with chronic conditions virtually via phone and tailor plans to individual needs, with Navigator-assisted scheduling.
The role requires RD certification by the CDR, about 1 year of counseling experience, and strong communication skills. Licensure is not required in all states but preferred in IL, NM, NY, KY, OH, OK, WI, or TX.
