EY Assist Team is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to deliver confidential mental health support to EY staff, partners, and eligible family members in a mostly remote role. You will conduct clinical assessments, crisis intervention, risk screening, referrals, and follow-up while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
You’ll collaborate with Talent, Legal, and Security partners, support incident response, and provide education and program delivery for emotional wellbeing
