Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Inpatient Coder II to assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes for acute care inpatient, rehabilitation, swing bed and LTACH services. You will query providers, resolve coding edits, and analyze documentation to ensure accurate coding per guidelines.
Requires coding education, HIM degree, and 3+ years in inpatient acute care coding with CCS/RHIA/RHIT credentials. Remote state eligibility is available for certain states; collaborative education and departmental
