Payroll Manager / £400 p/day / Hybrid - 2 days / week in Warwick, 3 days remote / 12‑month contract

Are you an experienced Payroll Manager with complex payroll expertise and hands‑on experience managing outsourced providers? This is a key interim opportunity to lead the day‑to‑day payroll function.

Your job will be to:

• Oversee delivery of two monthly UK payrolls in partnership with the outsourced provider, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
• Act as an escalation point for Payroll Advisors and Administrators, providing guidance and ensuring service levels and controls are maintained.
• Safeguard compliance with HMRC (RTI, FPS/EPS), Tax, NI, pensions, and benefits while maintaining robust documentation for audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across payroll operations.
