Role OverviewAs a Workday Recruiting Lead you will be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. - Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Recruiting domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do.
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Recruiting functionalities.
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
- Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution.
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets, particularly focused on enhancing the learning experience within Workday.
- Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules, including Workday HCM Core Services.
- Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end‑to‑end processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management; ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
- Thrives in a diverse, dynamic environment, meets deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluency in English.
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Recruiting agendas.
- Up‑to‑date Workday HCM / Recruiting certifications.
- Additional certifications in Workday.

Additional InformationFlexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of first‑class services.
