Position: Recruitment & Payroll Administrator
Location: Diseworth

As part of our continued expansion programme, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment & Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll and Onboarding team and provide payroll, post-recruitment, and onboarding admin support from January 2026.

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension of permanency subject to business needs. This a full-time office-based role working from our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA
).

£25,480 rising to £25,980 after 6 months. £26,480 after 12 months.
Performance based bonus £50 - £100pcm.

0830 hrs – 1730 hrs Monday to Friday (flexibility required).  
Key

Duties & Responsibilities of the Recruitment & Payroll Administrator will include:

Assisting with weekly payroll.
Invoice queries.
Administer and apply for criminal record checks.
Process applications for airport s.
Liaising with employees and delegates to gather HR onboarding information.
Update training records, HR Databases and Recruitment Trackers.
Preparing recruitment and onboarding reports for the senior leadership team.
Performing high volume accurate data entry.
Key

Skills & Experience Required:

It is essential that you have administration experience in a similar environment, such as HR, high-volume recruitment, or high-volume employee onboarding.
Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and an aptitude for in-house systems.
Comfortable with telephone-based activities.
Highly competent in with working with multiple data spreadsheets.
A degree of attention to detail.
