• Proficient in payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP, or similar systems)
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, taxation, and compliance
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel and data management

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing payroll for a substantial number of employees.
• Familiarity with employee benefits and tax implications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
