We’re a vibrant European hub right in the heart of Cardiff, and we’re on the lookout for German speakers to join our international team. You’ll engage with candidates from Germany, gain hands‑on recruitment experience, and put your language skills to practical use every day.

No prior recruitment experience? That’s absolutely fine! We’ll guide you with full training and ongoing support. Our team thrives on collaboration, sharing knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

You’ll work alongside German speakers and colleagues from all over Europe. With over 7 nationalities and 12 languages in the office, you might even pick up a few phrases in Czech, Slovak, or Polish!

• Talent Sourcing & Screening :
  Find candidates via databases, job boards, and social media; conduct interviews to match talent to client needs.
• Relationship Management :
  Build lasting connections with candidates, ensuring an excellent recruitment experience.
• Recruitment Support :
  Deliver high‑quality profiles and assist with hiring projects efficiently.
• Job Advertising & Coordination :
  Write bilingual job ads and coordinate candidate communications.
