• MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join our fantastic HR team in our Health in Justice services, leading all aspects of HR administration and our team of HR administrators.
  
  You will support our services with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, with an eye on process improvement.

You will work closely and build excellent relationships with colleagues managing payroll, pensions, HR information Systems, the wider Health in Justice HR team and our Operational Managers.

This is a busy, fast paced role, where you will be responsible for managing a high volume of processing activity, so we are looking for an experienced leader with a can do attitude to join us and help us take our HR Operations service forward. This role is hybrid, with home working and working from our Head office in Theale, Berkshire, one day per week.

Hours :
You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5 : 30pm. Salary :
This is a full time position, andyou’ll receive an annual salary of circa £45,000per annum. How will we support you?
