Alium Consultancy is expanding its UK team and we’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment within the IT sector. If you’re a motivated recruiter with a strong track record and you enjoy managing the full cycle, from business development to candidate placement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow with us.

As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment process, including business development, client management, sourcing top IT talent, and overseeing successful placements. You will deliver high-quality recruitment solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process across the IT market.
• Conduct business development to build and grow client portfolios.
• Source, screen, and interview high-quality IT candidates.
• Prepare and submit strong candidate profiles to clients.
• Manage client and candidate communication throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS.
• Build and nurture pipelines for ongoing and future roles.
• Represent Alium Consultancy professionally in all interactions.

• 2–3 years’ experience as a 360 recruiter

• Experience in IT recruitment

• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Confident sourcing across Linked In, job boards, and talent networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and meet targets.
