Senior Recruitment Consultant

The Opportunity

Due to phenomenal growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. You will have full scope and ownership for growing your specialist market. You will have the autonomy to build your desk as if it were your own business. You will be given access to the most advanced tools in the market to help you deliver exceptional performance month on month.

And you will be given full access to advanced level training programmes to ensure you are continuously reaching your full potential.

Your development and progression will be top of the agenda, following our clearly mapped out career path which could see you moving into a team management role within the first 12 months. We set clear parameters for growth and will give you the support and tools you will need to get there.

• Demonstratable experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the technology market
• Strong track record of consistent billings
• Proven background winning business and maintaining long term relationships
• Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
• Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Highly ambitious with a team player mentality
