But that's not all, you'll undertake data analysis and modelling activities, in order to derive intelligence and produce recommendations that support the reward and performance teams goals. Lead all Reward activities related to projects, and supporting the wider reward team to conclude all related actions accurately and to published timescales. Identify and evaluate emerging Reward risks, issues and dependencies within the projects and where necessary develop, agree and implement solutions to overcome these.
Design and develop reward insights relative to internal and external factors to aid decision making and improve reward processes such as internal benchmarking, market data analysis, and job structures. Ensure accurate and timely production of reward reports and develop tools and systems to monitor and report project progress against the market position. Work with Senior HR Business Partners and the wider business to understand evolving business resource requirements, participating in or leading (as appropriate) job evaluation assessments.
The role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with a combination of office and remote working. You will be required to attend the Birmingham office at least 2 days per week. About you. Knowledge and experience of using industry standards reward systems, and strong knowledge of MS Office components, especially creating and using complex spreadsheets Proven knowledge of benchmarking and reward data analysis tools, including experience of developing business analysis tools for reward.
Evidence of successful engagement and influence with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, with different technical understanding Strong track record of delivering outcomes and achievements, against tight deadlines, in a customer and delivery focused organisation, working as part of a team CIPD or equivalent reward experience (desirable)
