We’re working with a hugely successful and expanding creative organisation and we’re looking for a people-focused People Partner to join at a pivotal moment. The business has grown, and the focus is now on building a strong HR infrastructure.

This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who is energised by being the first point of contact for all people matters across the company and who wants to play a role in building, shaping, and modernising HR from the ground up. If you’re passionate about providing hands on, generalist HR support and designing thoughtful People practices, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Acting as the visible, approachable day-to-day HR contact for agents and internal teams, providing exceptional generalist HR support

* Managing all HR administration

* Supporting the Head of People with the development and roll-out of people processes, policies and ways of working that are modern, human and scalable

* Bringing structure and clarity to a fast-paced, often reactive environment

* Introducing new HR and workflow technologies to support efficiency

* Improving recruitment processes and strengthening operational foundations

* Supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives across all areas of HR

About You

* You are happy to own all HR administration and seek ways to simplify this

* You have experience at People Partner or Business Partner within a creative, agency or high-growth environment
