HR Officer

Are you an experienced HR Officer looking for a hands-on HR role in the Luton area?

If so, our established client within the Education sector is keen to hear from you!

This varied role working either full time Monday - Friday or part time Monday - Thursday (one day working from home per week).

The HR Officer role is available on a 12 month fixed term basis, with the opportunity for this to become permanent or be extended.

You will be dealing with all sides of HR within the Education sector including:

On-boarding
Return to work
HR Meetings
Absences
Sickness
Disciplinary
Recruitment

The Person :

We are looking for someone that has the experience to hit the ground running dealing with all of the above.
The ability to prioritise and manage your time will be key.
Any experience within the Education sector will be beneficial but is not essential.
A team player and excellent communicator.
