Are you an experienced HR Officer looking for a hands‑on HR role in the Luton area?

If so, our established client within the Education sector is keen to hear from you!

This varied role working either full time Monday - Friday or part time Monday - Thursday (one day working from home per week).

The HR Officer role is available on a 12 month fixed term basis, with the opportunity for this to become permanent or be extended.

You will be dealing with all sides of HR within the Education sector including:

• On‑boarding
• Return to work
• HR Meetings
• Absences
• Sickness
• Disciplinary
• Recruitment

The Person:

• We are looking for someone that has the experience to hit the ground running dealing with all of the above.
• The ability to prioritise and manage your time will be key.
• Any experience within the Education sector will be beneficial but is not essential.
• A team player and excellent communicator.
