We have an opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join our in-house resourcing team on a fixed term contract basis. Supporting the Supply Chain and Operations business area, you’ll deliver excellence in the recruitment process across our warehouse and distribution network with a particular focus on high volume vacancies.

You'll sift & screen applications quickly and efficiently, liaise with hiring managers to ensure candidates are booked in for interviews in a timely manner and communicate outcomes effectively, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Support recruitment at various sites across the UK, occasionally requiring overnight stays, providing full driving licence and own transport (expenses re-claimed).

• Attend ad hoc in person team meetings, workshops & internal conferences.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, prioritise workloads and remain process driven in a fast‑paced KPI and service‑driven environment.

• Use ATS systems to manage the candidate journey, ensuring data accuracy.

• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Experience in a customer service‑focused environment.

• Self‑motivated and proactive with strong organisational skills.

• Excellent communicator, able to build rapport quickly.
