This Bilingual Recruiter role supports high-impact hiring initiatives across Canada. You will manage requisitions, collaborate with hiring managers, and coordinate offers. The work requires structured organization, accurate data tracking, and a consistent candidate experience.

• Manage high-volume active requisitions across multiple priorities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer coordination
• Track and update complex candidate workflows accurately
• Collaborate with hiring managers across diverse departments
• Maintain a positive, consistent candidate experience

• Three to five years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Agency or in-house recruitment background
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions in structured environments
• Applicant tracking system proficiency;
  Taleo preferred
• Written and spoken fluency in French and English
