Jobgether is seeking a Head of People to build and lead a modern, high-impact HR function for a fully remote, international business. You will guide talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, compliance and inclusion across 15+ countries, while enabling growth through acquisitions.
You will partner with leaders, manage HRIS and recruitment platforms, and drive scalable onboarding and integration. A CIPD qualification and strong HRBP background are preferred.
