HR Generalist

Our client is searching for a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join their team, supporting operations across multiple locations. This role requires a broad understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing.

• Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Familiarity with South African labor laws and HR best practices.
